IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO THOSE WHO SERVED IN OIF/OEF AND THEIR FAMILIES

Through our nationwide network of volunteer attorneys, Lawyers Serving Warriors™ has provided free legal services to hundreds of warriors who served in OIF or OEF. We are currently analyzing the cases of hundreds of other OIF/OEF warriors to determine whether one of our volunteer attorneys is able to help get a better result.

Unfortunately, we have hit full capacity. Our staff has so much work to do on the cases we are currently working on, that at this time, we cannot take any new requests for free legal services. When we are able to accept new cases, we will post a new message on this page. For now, we suggest that you:

Services We Provide

Through a network of volunteer attorneys, Lawyers Serving Warriors ™ provides free legal services to U.S. military personnel and veterans who have served in OIF or OEF in the following situations:

  • Referred to the physical disability evaluation system.
  • Facing an involuntary administrative separation.
  • Pursuing a claim with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) for disability compensation.

In addition, we currently represent, in a federal court class action, thousands of veterans found by a Physical Evaluation Board to be unfit due to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), but who were denied the 50% disability rating for PTSD that the law requires.

See Who We Are for more information on the services we provide. Please review our privacy policy before submitting any personal information.

We will make every effort to contact you within two business days after we receive your request. If you do not hear from us within two business days, please contact us by phone or return to this web site to submit a new request for help.
